Application and arrival support
The hard part isn't getting in. It's the paperwork.
Many Korean universities admit international students mainly by document review, often with no fixed quota. What stops good applicants is the process: certifications, translations, deadlines that mean "arrive by", and visa documents due weeks after results. Our Seoul-based team handles that part with you, in Korean, directly with university offices.
What we handle
Academic certification
Which documents need an apostille or Korean consular confirmation in your country, where to get them, how long it takes, and how to send them so they're accepted.
Translation and notarization
Arranging notarized Korean or English translations in the form each university accepts. Self-made translations are usually rejected.
School-by-school requirements
A checklist for each university you apply to: documents, formats, score-reporting codes, upload versus post, and whether the deadline is a postmark or an arrival date.
Scholarship applications
Finding the scholarships you qualify for and making sure you don't miss the form, checkbox or score deadline that decides whether you're considered at all.
D-2 student visa
Certificate of admission, bank balance certificate, final diploma: what's needed, in what order, and by when, so your visa isn't the thing that delays your start.
Dormitory and housing
Dormitory applications and deadlines, and help finding safe off-campus housing where there's no dorm or no place left.
